Car Rental Return Procedures

◆When you return to the return location, we will pick you up and take you to the nearest location.

◆We provide transportation for returns until 5:00 p.m.
(Depending on the situation, we may be able to accommodate your request, so please feel free to contact us first.)

◆Unattended return may be requested depending on the situation and time.

◆Please note that we do not provide transportation to and from Ishigaki Airport.

About indemnification

Our car rentals are all-inclusive and we do not charge any additional fees.

◆Accident
In the unlikely event of an accident or scratches (large or small) while in use, the company will charge a closed vehicle guarantee fee (as part of the operating compensation for the period during which this vehicle is being repaired) and a deductible if insurance is used. The following are the charges for the closed vehicle indemnity.

If self-propelled: 30,000 yen
If not self-driveable: 60,000 yen

If the coverage amount is exceeded due to a major accident, etc., the excess will be borne by the customer.
Damage due to mischief, hit-and-run, theft, etc. is also the responsibility of the customer.

◆Accident Handling
A. Please be sure to obtain proof of accident.
B. Report the accident to the car rental agency as soon as possible.

D. Please pay the compensation fee for the absence of the car and the insurance deductible.

The user agrees to all of the following and assumes all responsibility, damages, costs, etc.

1. All responsibilities related to road traffic laws, including illegal parking during use.

They picked me up at the Remote Islands Terminal, and the pickup process went smoothly. The car was thoroughly cleaned, and the navigation system was easy to use. However, the scent of the air freshener inside the car was a bit strong; it would have been even more comfortable if it had been unscented. Overall, I was satisfied with this rental car.
