*For guests coming to the island by cruise ship, we ask that one representative come to the store to complete the rental procedures.

*Since we will be sharing the ride with other passengers and departing only after all passengers are present, the departure time may be delayed.

◆Pick-up and drop-off for return is available until 7:00 p.m.

◆Unattended return may be requested depending on the situation and time.

Fuel will be provided with a full tank at the time of rental,Please fill up the tank at the service station and return it to us.The customer is responsible for the cost of fuel.

About indemnification

Our car rentals are all-inclusive and we do not charge any additional fees.

◆Accident
In the unlikely event of an accident or scratches (large or small) while in use, the company will charge a closed vehicle guarantee fee (as part of the operating compensation for the period during which this vehicle is being repaired) and a deductible if insurance is used. The following are the charges for the closed vehicle indemnity.

If self-propelled: 30,000 yen
If not self-driveable: 60,000 yen

If the coverage amount is exceeded due to a major accident, etc., the excess will be borne by the customer.
Damage due to mischief, hit-and-run, theft, etc. is also the responsibility of the customer.

◆Accident Handling
A. Please be sure to obtain proof of accident.
B. Report the accident to the car rental agency as soon as possible.
C. Please send us a copy of the driver's license.
D. Please pay the compensation fee for the absence of the car and the insurance deductible.

◆Other notes
The user agrees to all of the following and assumes all responsibility, damages, costs, etc.

1. All responsibilities related to road traffic laws, including illegal parking during use.
2. Damage caused by accident, malfunction or theft during use.
