Pick-up service is available only at the airport.
Please note that we do not provide transportation to and from hotels in Ishigaki City and the port.
The staff with a "Sky Rent-A-Car" board will be waiting for you at the pick-up point across the road from the arrival lobby of Ishigaki Airport (Nannujima Ishigaki Airport).
Since rental cars cannot be rented at the airport, you will be picked up by a courtesy car and taken to the rental store free of charge (approximately 5 minutes), and then rented at the respective store.

However, you are required to bring your own beginner's mark or rent a beginner's mark that we will provide.
Q. Do I have to fill up the tank when I return the rental car?Fuel will be provided with a full tank at the time of rental, so please return the car with a full tank at the nearest service station of the return store.
The customer is responsible for the cost of fuel.If there is no refueling, the cost will be calculated based on the mileage.
The fee per distance varies for each car model, so please inquire at the store.
