*The meeting place is in front of Bus Stop #2 at Ishigaki Port Terminal. The left end of the terminal on the ocean side is the No. 2 bus stop. Our staff wearing blue polo shirts will be waiting for you.

*Toll parking is available in front of Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal and next to Hotel East China Sea (east side).

*From within the Ishigaki Port Terminal, go out to the ocean side and move to the left.

*Please note that the tour may be cancelled or the point changed due to changes in weather or sea conditions on the day of the tour or during the tour in order to ensure the safety of our guests.

*No one is allowed to enter the ocean while under the influence of alcohol, intoxicated, or in poor health. Also, if swimming, it is prohibited to bring alcoholic beverages on the tour.

*For reasons of safe operation and safety management, we may not be able to go to your desired location. The captain will make a comprehensive judgment based on the weather and other factors on the day of the tour, so please understand this in advance.

Q. What is the difference between the two?Is there a changing room or place to shower on site?

Please wear swimsuits when participating in the tour.At the end of the tour, you can change your clothes in the restroom and changing room of the ship.The ship's restrooms are used in conjunction with the changing rooms, so you can change your clothes.

Q. What is the difference between the two?Is the meeting place easy to find?

The meeting place is in front of Bus Stop #2 at Ishigaki Port Terminal. The left end of the terminal on the ocean side is the No. 2 bus stop. Our staff wearing blue polo shirts will be waiting for you.

Q. What is the difference between the two?Can I snorkel even if I am not a good swimmer?

Our snorkel point is very close to where we stopped the boat, so you can see fish and coral without having to leave the boat.

We will also teach you how to properly put on the three-piece set (mask, snorkel, and fins), and the key points to remember when snorkeling, all within feet of each other, so please come and join us.Even those who are not good swimmers can enjoy snorkeling because life jackets ensure safe buoyancy.

Q. What is the difference between the two?Do I have to wear a life jacket?

For safety reasons, all guests are required to wear life jackets (life vests) or wetsuits.
Even those who can swim may suddenly have a seizure, and we believe it is necessary to ensure their safety.

We also provide life jackets for infants, so you can enjoy playing in the ocean with your small children without anxiety. With life jackets to ensure buoyancy, enjoy snorkeling safely and securely.

Q. What is the difference between the two?I have poor eyesight. Do you have rental masks with glasses?

We also rent masks (one size only) with prescription (limited to those with less than 0.1 vision).

Snorkeling with a mask while wearing contact lenses is also possible. *We are not responsible for lost contact lenses.

Q. What is the difference between the two?Do you have rental items for children?

Masks, fins (21 cm or taller), life jackets (from about 100 cm in height), and wetsuits for children are also available for rent.
Floating boats are also available for infants only. (Please consult with us in the remarks column of the reservation form.)

Q. Are there toddlers who can snorkel at age 3?

Some small children can snorkel. For those who cannot, box glasses are available. For first-time snorkelers, we will practice snorkeling in shallow water where they can stand on their feet before heading to the snorkel point.

Q. What is the difference between the two?I would like to rent a car. Is there a parking lot at the meeting place on Ishigaki Island?

Yes, there is. There are two public parking lots with a fee, one inside the Ishigakijima Remote Island Terminal and several more within a 10-minute walk.
Especially during the period from July to September, the parking lot in the remote island terminal is full in the morning, so please allow plenty of time for your trip.

Q. Is there a fee to rent a floating boat?

Floating boats are available for rent free of charge. Please let us know at the time of reservation that you would like to rent a floating boat. The boats are for one person. The number of boats is limited, so please take turns with your children.

I think it offers good value for the price. Being able to charter a boat for half a day and request specific spots you want to visit is a huge draw for group trips. That said, if I had to nitpick, the boat did rock a bit, so I think people who get seasick easily should take precautions beforehand. The ocean was absolutely beautiful.

First, we met up with the staff at the harbor and boarded our private boat. Next, in accordance with our request, we were taken to a spot with beautiful coral reefs, where we observed many tropical fish underwater. Finally, we leisurely returned to the harbor while enjoying the breathtaking views of Ishigaki Island from the boat. We were able to have a truly fulfilling time without having to worry about other people.

Nothing but Instagram-worthy spots! Since it was a private boat, the captain took us to the beautiful spots we wanted to see, and every angle was picture-perfect♪ With the crystal-clear ocean as a backdrop, I took tons of super stylish photos with my friends—I’m totally satisfied☆ If I had to mention one thing, though, the sun was really strong, so sunscreen is a must! Our kids had a great time, too. Since we were able to charter the boat exclusively for our family, we could relax and fully enjoy the waters around Ishigaki Island without worrying about others. The staff were very kind to our children and flexible in accommodating our requests, which was a huge help as parents. If I had to mention one thing, though, the boat’s motion was a bit noticeable, so it’s a good idea to take motion sickness medication beforehand for peace of mind. I chose this boat charter plan for my honeymoon with my husband. Since it was a private charter, we were able to spend a special time just the two of us without worrying about our surroundings.
